Work Injury Benefits (WIBA) provides employees with financial compensation when, by accident, they suffer injury, become disabled or die while at work. This is a requirement and is enforced by the Kenyan law.
What We Offer
WIBA provides critical cover for your employees should they require medical assistance or are unable to work as a result of a workplace accident.
We cover the employees of the Insured whilst on duty and engaged in the execution of the Insured's business &/or any project undertaken by the Insured, against accidental bodily injury, disablement, or death. Compensation is payable in accordance with the provisions of the WIBA Act 2007.
